Home-Start West Lothian is a voluntary organisation committed to promoting the welfare of families with at least one child under five years of age. Volunteers offer regular support, friendship and practical help to families in their own homes, helping to prevent family crisis and breakdown.
We are seeking to recruit an Administrator, the successful candidate will have good administrative and organisational skills and the ability to deal sensitively and confidentially with the public is essential. Duties will include administering scheme finances, data input and maintenance, filing, note-taking and assisting in the organisation of the scheme activities, events and trips.
You should understand and be committed to the role of the voluntary sector and be able to work on your own initiative and in a challenging environment.
