Full-time: 37 hours per week – Salary: £30,759 – £35,229
Home-Start West Lothian are looking to recruit a manager to lead our small team based in Livingston.
You will be responsible for ensuring that our services are delivered to high standards, providing leadership and management to a team of staff and volunteers and for the day to day management of the scheme.
Experience of working with children and families is essential, together with a good standard of education, SVQ 4 or equivalent.
The role requires sensitivity, excellent communication skills and experience of funding applications would be advantageous. Use of your own car (expenses paid) is necessary. An enhanced disclosure check will be required. You should understand and be committed to the role of the voluntary sector and be able to work on your own initiative and in a challenging environment.
