During the AGM, we will seek consensus on the adoption of a proposed revision to our Articles of Association. You can review the proposed changes by downloading the document available on this page.
This special resolution is as follows:
Special Resolution that, with effect from the conclusion of the Meeting the draft Articles of
Association, which have been made available to all Members, be adopted as the Articles of
Association of the Company in substitution for and to the exclusion of the existing Articles of
Association and Memorandum of Association of the Company
