Trustees work in partnership with staff and volunteers to support families and to give children the best start in life.  Roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and Trustees have the necessary qualities, skills and knowledge to drive the organisation forward. Our Board of Trustees consists of local people, with passion, enthusiasm,  with experience and expertise in the fields of Human Resources, Finance, Business, Social Policy, Governance, Health & Safety, etc.
