Meditation has been proven to help reduce stress, lessen feelings of anxiety as well as improve sleep, memory and increase the flow of endorphins to the brain! Now who wouldn’t want some of that!?

If you’re new to meditation we’d recommend clicking on the “guided” tab you can set your preference in time, again if it’s your first time try 5 minutes. You can also filter your search based on what you’d like to meditate on, sleep, anxiety, relaxation.
